Welcome to ASQMS Management Platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") is an official agreement between you and the Platform regarding the use of its services. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Platform.

1. Scope of Application

1.1 This Agreement applies to all individuals or organizations that access, register, and use the Platform.

1.2 The content of the Agreement includes but is not limited to user registration, account management, usage rules, privacy policy, and liability limitations.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Users must provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering and ensure timely updates of such information.

2.2 Users should properly safeguard their account and password and must not transfer, lease, or authorize others to use their account.

2.3 If a user discovers unauthorized use of their account or any security issues, they must notify the Platform immediately.

2.4 If you have multiple roles, you shall register the appropriate account or switch role permissions as needed.

3. User Rights and Obligations

3.1 You agree to comply with relevant laws and the Agreement and shall not use the Platform for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to:

• Falsifying or tampering with data;

• Maliciously attacking or interfering with the normal operation of the Platform;

• Accessing others' data without authorization.

3.2 You must ensure that all data uploaded to the Platform (such as certificate information, training records, etc.) is true, accurate, and complete. The Platform assumes no responsibility for disputes or losses caused by inaccurate data.

3.3 You may not obtain or distribute others' private information through the Platform unless authorized. Unauthorized access to or use of others' information may violate laws and regulations. The Platform reserves the right to refuse service and take legal action if necessary.

4. Privacy Policy

4.1 Information Collection: To provide Platform services, the following information may be collected:

• Registration information (such as name, contact details, organization name, etc.);

• Usage data (such as operation logs, search records, etc.);

• Other necessary information (such as certificate details, certification results, etc.).

4.2 Information Storage and Protection: The Platform will take reasonable technical measures to protect your information security but cannot guarantee absolute security. The Platform is not liable for data leaks caused by force majeure (e.g., hacking, system failures).

4.3 Information Sharing: The Platform will not share your information with third parties except in the following cases:

• With your explicit consent;

• When required by law or government authorities.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 Service Accuracy: The Platform's services rely on user-submitted data and third-party information and may have delays or errors. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of its services.

5.2 Service Interruptions: The Platform is not responsible for service interruptions due to system maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure.

5.3 Third-Party Liability: If service inaccuracies result from third-party data errors or delays, the Platform assumes no responsibility.

6. Agreement Modifications and Termination

6.1 Agreement Modification: The Platform reserves the right to modify the Agreement as necessary, with changes posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of the modified Agreement.

6.2 Service Termination: The Platform may terminate or restrict your access at any time without prior notice. Users may also stop using the Platform at any time. After account deletion, the Platform may retain relevant usage records.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Content: All content on the Platform (including but not limited to text, images, software, and design) is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

7.2 User Content: Users retain ownership of content uploaded to the Platform (such as certificate details, certification results, etc.) but grant the Platform a non-exclusive, free, worldwide license to use it for service provision.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law: The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the user’s location without excluding the application of internationally recognized legal principles.

8.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the Agreement should be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiations fail, either party may file a lawsuit in a court with jurisdiction over the Platform's location.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 The final interpretation of this Agreement belongs to the Platform.
